The 4th Annual Savannah Uncorked wine tasting will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2009,
7:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., at The William and Iffath Hoskins Center for Biomedical Research at Memorial University Medical Center. The ticket price is $150 per person. If you purchase tickets before April 24, the ticket price is $125 per person.

This memorable event brings a taste of some of the globe’s most splendid wine regions to Savannah. Guests sample a variety of delectable wines from around the world and pair them with some of Savannah’s finest cuisine. Gourmet food stations are sponsored by some of our city’s best dining establishments. Funds raised at Savannah Uncorked support Trauma Services, the Critical Care Division and The Rehabilitation Institute at Memorial University Medical Center.

Proceeds from Savannah Uncorked will go toward the support of emergency trauma treatment and the critical care associated with trauma injuries at Memorial. As in the past, it will also go toward a patient scholarship fund, assistive technology, wheelchair sports programs, new equipment, and program development at The Rehabilitation Institute. The facility provides inpatient and outpatient physical rehabilitation services, including specialized programs for brain and spinal cord injuries, stroke, orthopedic joint replacement, wheelchair sports, and aquatic therapy.
